About
Hi and welcome to my website, my name is Jenna O'Toole. I would love to take a moment to introduce myself.
I have been on my health and fitness journey for quite some time now. I've dived into all different styles of training over the years such as yoga, CrossFit, Triathlons, Trail Running, Marathons, and bodybuilding.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked at a variety of gyms, and taught PE, gymnastics, yoga, and Fitness in many primary schools. I also ran a successful Personal Training & Bootcamp business in Sydney for a few years before moving and settling down in Yamba. Since I created Jenna O'Toole Fitness running bootcamps, personal training in my area and have moved to online where I help many clients with their weight management goals.

Before my career in fitness and health began, I tried every diet, but couldn't lose weight. But since being educated in nutrition and fitness, I've been able to have many transformations myself and have been able to help many others on their journey.

Mission
As a busy single mother of two girls, I get it! I understand the struggles, the challenges, the exhaustion, overwhelm and feeling of being time poor.

My mission is to help women find their inner motivation, to boost self-esteem, self-confidence, to practise selfcare, to feel empowered, and strong. To find the balance in life and to live a healthy long life.



Vision
Is to help as many people as I can to live a long and healthy life.
To help prevent overweight and obesity related diseases. Educating people about nutrition, exercise and mindset.
