My Story
Like many women, I’ve experienced the struggle of feeling out of control—juggling life’s demands while neglecting my own well-being.
In my 20s, I turned to unhealthy coping mechanisms like emotional eating and drinking to numb the stress, until one day, I decided enough was enough. I transformed my life by adopting healthier habits, and soon, I became a personal trainer, helping others do the same.
Years later, after becoming a mother of two and going through the challenges of single parenting, I once again found myself neglecting my own needs. Burnout was my wake-up call—I realized that if I didn’t prioritize myself, I couldn’t be the best version of myself for my kids. I needed to take care of me to take care of them.
My Mission
Through years of experience, education, and personal growth, I’ve developed a holistic coaching approach designed to empower women like you to take control of your health, fitness, and mindset—without sacrificing the foods you love or spending endless hours in the gym.

1. Will I have to give up my favourite foods?
Absolutely not! My coaching approach focuses on balance, not restriction. You'll learn how to enjoy your favourite foods while still making progress toward your goals. It's all about finding a sustainable way of eating that fits your lifestyle and helps you reach your goals.
2. How much time do I need to commit each week?
My programs are designed to fit into your busy schedule. Whether you have 30 minutes a day or more, I create customized workout plans that match your availability and goals. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to see results.
3. What if I don't know how to work out?
Don’t worry! Every exercise in your customized training plan comes with video demonstrations and instructions to ensure proper form. Plus, I’m available to provide feedback and support, so you feel confident with your workouts, even if you’re just starting.
4. What if I’ve tried other programs and failed?
My program focuses on building sustainable habits that last. We focus on small, manageable steps rather than extreme diets or workouts. Many of my clients have struggled in the past with other programs, but with personalized guidance and accountability, they find lasting success here.
5. How quickly will I see results?
Results can vary, but most of my clients start to feel better (improved energy, reduced bloating, better sleep) within the first few weeks. Weight loss and muscle tone progress gradually, but with consistency, you can expect to lose around 6kg in 12 weeks, depending on your starting point and goals.
6. What if I’m a complete beginner?
That’s perfectly fine! My programs are fully customizable to all fitness levels, so whether you're just getting started or have some experience, you'll receive a plan that meets you where you're at.
7. Do I need any equipment to follow the workouts?
Not necessarily. I can create both home-based and gym-based workouts depending on your preferences. If you have equipment, we’ll make use of it; if not, bodyweight exercises can be equally effective!
