Training, Nutrition And Accountability

Our programs with 1:1 coaching support are designed to your specific health and fitness goals that you would like to achieve. Whether that's losing body fat, building lean muscle, becoming fit and strong in your body, improving your energy, mood, sleep, gut health, mindset or eating habits. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or advanced, programs are designed specifically for you.


You'll learn what to eat and be given quick and easy nourishing recipes that will work for you and your family. You'll learn how to include your favourite foods like chocolate, so you don't deprive yourself of foods that you love and still be able to lose weight, if that's your goal!


A customised training program either at home or the gym, specifically for you and your goals. You'll never get a cookie cutter plan. You'll have access to our app. This comes with instructional videos so you know exactly what exercises you're doing and how to do it. And if you ever need guidance on your form, you can send your coach a video to look at and give feedback on.


Every week you will check in with your coach, to ensure you are always working towards reaching your goals. You'll receive weekly text support with your coach, to answer any questions that you may have.

And you'll be a part of our private Facebook Group, where all our clients come together to support one another throughout their journey. It's a great community with further support and coaching around mindset, health and fitness, and overall well being.

"Hello everyone my name is karen I am 58 yrs old and I had stopped exercising I had a few months of traumatic events in my family, I employ 7 staff i have a 5 yr old grandchild full time since may last yr ,everyone was needing me and I was doing nothing for myself except going to work coming home drinking and eating anything I wanted.


I didn’t really realise I was very depressed my mum had passed away ,I knew the weight was creeping on , but I had put on 6 kilos in 6 months nothing looked good on me I was uncomfortable in everything.


 I had seen Jenna’s post and they were very motivational I kept thinking maybe I will try and see if Jenna has a 2 week or 6 week group so I finally reached out and spoke to Jenna I joined her 12 week program and I loved it.


 I finally had made time for me doing the workouts and walks instead of unhealthy habits Jenna helped with taking the time for yourself was ok , sometimes it means getting up that bit earlier to fit everything in ,but they know my time for workouts and walks are non negotiable , we organise things around them.


I am 6 kilos down so much stronger and happier in all areas of my life , I do all my training at home so I don’t have to worry about getting our 5 yr old up. I try to get up early and get it done.
